At the heart of The Point, a new 104-acre downtown core is moving from vision to visible progress. Designed as the first chapter of a larger 600-acre evolution, this purpose-built district will bring together dining, shopping, daily living, work, entertainment and public space in a place made for long-term value and everyday connection.
The Point is Utah’s first city built on purpose.
SEE WHAT’S TAKING SHAPE
The Point is planned, phased growth with the purpose of turning state-owned land into lasting public value while carrying forward the culture, values and way of life that make Utah distinct. Built smarter, over time, The Point is designed so the best of our state stays at the heart of what comes next.
Renderings, imagery, video and descriptions are conceptual and subject to change as planning, design, leasing and construction progress.
FEATURING CHROMA AND AMBER
Phase 1 is where The Point begins to take shape. Anchored by Chroma’s vibrant residential and retail energy and Amber’s refined boutique mix of residential, office, dining, and retail, this first chapter also brings together the public spaces, infrastructure and shared destinations that will define the district from day one.
The Promenade will serve as the district’s vibrant pedestrian spine, connecting shopping, dining, gathering spaces and street-level activity. The River to Range Trail, Central Green, Convergence Hall and future event venue will add layers of movement, nature, innovation, programming and entertainment, creating the early critical mass needed for a city built on purpose.
Together, these elements begin to show what The Point is designed to become:
FEATURED DEVELOPMENTS
Within Phase 1, Chroma and Amber will serve as two signature developments by The Point Partners, each bringing a distinct expression of life at The Point, connected by the Promenade, River to Range Trail and the Central Green to create a community ecosystem of retail, restaurants and residential.
Chroma is the social center and brings the pulse of The Point to life. Designed for energy, connection and daily activity, Chroma will place residents, retailers, restaurants and gathering spaces close to the center of the action.
Warm, refined and intentionally quieter, Amber offers elevated living around the corner from The Promenade and Central Green, with a more intimate connection to the district’s dining, retail and public space.
The Point is entering a defining moment. Groundbreaking marks the beginning of a new phase of visible progress, laying the foundation for a district designed to grow with purpose over time.
As work moves forward, The Point Partners will share updates, milestones and stories that help Utahns, future tenants, partners and visitors understand what is being built and how the district will take shape.
